I also was booked to go in 2002 when the other bombs went off and it was alos 19 days after that bombing. A friend and I still went then and although there was literally no tourists aroun, we still managed to have a great but quieter trip.
the security back then was very visible and I also thought at the time that there would be no way any other bombs would be around in such a short span of time and this was true for our trip then.
Is is wishful thinking that it will be very secure and safe in 3 weeks? probably who knows.
