One can limit or minimise the danger. Bali is not safe. That is my view and all the postering will not change that.
And yes there are many places in the world that are safer than Bali, London, New York, Madrid, Baghdah and Tehran. Australia is one of them. So is NZ, Fiji and other pacific islands etc.
