Yes, very hard decision, not sure if you saw my post further down, but being a single parent makes this an even harder decision. My kids are 18 and 19, but they still need a parent. Sadly they do not have a good relationship with their father, so they only have me really.
They were both out last night so I will talk to them later today - I don't think I could enjoy myself if I knew they were at home worried about me for 3 weeks - that would be a selfish thing to do to them. As much as I love Bali and the people, and no matter how much I want to support them, I'm afraid my kids come first.
I might go and forfeit the accommodation I have booked in Kuta and just find somewhere really cheap in a quieter area. Still to shocked and numb to decide.
