I was there in sari in 2002 didn't get injured however left 2 days after as planned. On the day we were leaving friends still came to bali. They were so excited that they could not cancel. However they left 3 days later of their 14 day holiday. The place was horrible. There was no one around (They said.) Resturants closed shops shut. They said it was so eery. however they were staying in KUTA BOUNTY near the bomb site. Maybe if you stay out of KUTA it will be ok.
