Its a fact that these bombs are targetted at us.
Its a fact that they will progress in the making from the big vans, the ruck sack to the size of a mobile phone in their sophistication. Making the detection less obvious and harder to detect. No where is safe....
Its all about fear... having been last in Bali the 8 Oct last year and trying to convince family and friends to travel there with me again ... without success ...I know after this.. if Im to go Ill prob have to go solo... or connect up with a few forumites who find themselves in the same boat as I..
Yet if the bombs went off here in Darwin ( & they will one day) ... the same people wouldnt pack up and leave .. but would stay and fight on...( eg Cyclone Tracy... we accept now cyclones do happen !!!)
like you say by staying away we a starving beautiful people to a good deal of suffering & death...
Its that bit I first felt so angry about this morning.
