Head off east to the padi fields and Tirtta Ganga. Stay away from the tacky shops of Kuta (god, I'm a Label Queen but if I see one more fake Louis Vuitton anything, I think I'll vomit.)
Stay in the east this time - Amed/Candi Dasa/Desa Tembok; eat barracuda at Gede's in Amed or count the diamonds in the black sand. 1) You'll be safe
2) Your husband will fall in love with Bali.
