As I said earlier: I respect the difficulty of your decision. Also I agree that it is difficult to address and influence the indeed natural fear your children. I was not implying (and if you read it that way, I apologize) that you teach them fear, I was suggesting you might wanna teach them not to be guided by fear. That is what I consider to be the tough road. Cos it indeed isnt easy.
I can imagine you dont wanna go however, it just would be a shame.
And I am not planning family trip no, but if I had one planned I would still go. Went to NY 5 days after 9/11 as well.
