We were down in Nusa Dua this evening at the Japanese Bon Odori Festival and came back along the Bypass at around 9:30.
We heard reports that there had been a bomb in Nusa Dua also however there didn't appear to be any disturbance as we drove through the gates on the way out. Also spoke with a friend that has guests in a few of the hotels in Nusa Dua and all those hotels (including the Westin which is where we heard the bomb was) reported no bomb there.
Roads into Jimbaran and Kuta were all blocked off and Bypass was packed but traffic was flowing, albeit SLOWLY.
Ambulances and police all over the show.
