I got onto Puja - he and family were home in Tabanan - all safe and well.
How many dead is still unclear ... 1 is too many - cant tell you how shocked we were to hear the news.
This is also VERY bad news for the people of Bali ... this will set back the rebuilding of their tourism economy.
As you said, trying to call into Bali is not going to be easy ... the mobile system is going to be overloaded to the max. I only got through on the landline after about 10 tries.
Puja was at home watching the local news - he and the family are in shock at the news.
We all just need to hang in there for the Balinese people ... don't cancel anything, they will need us more than ever.
