This is a difficult time for us all, we are scheduled to go at the end of the month for the first time. Like many others, we are tossing on our decision. On one hand I can see the impact this will have on the Bali people and on the other hand there is the issue of our own safety. Either way the decision is not going to be made lightly.
I'm quite keen to go if anything to support the local people. We were in Thailand end of last year when the tsunami strike and altered our itiniary away from Phuket, Phi Phi and Ko Lanta. We still had a great time, but at the back of my mind I'd still wonder if i'd make a positive impact on people's life if we went. We still got some time to let things settle and decide.
We should support the personal decision that each and every one will or had made whether to continue on their trip or not. Because everyone is in a different situations and different priorities and responsibilities.
