Don't change the plans. This is what the perpetrators want people to do and the only ones that suffer are the locals - and our lives are trapped, for fear of attacks. London has proven that nowhere is safe, so live life to the fullest.
I was in Bali in 2002 and then watched as the locals tried to live without any tourist dollar income. Even worse than all those who died and were injured, because there was nowhere to go. What can you do when you've sold all your belongings, or are trying to sell them, but no-one has money to buy them, and you need to sell them to eat!
