Just listened to a fantastic item on a cooking class with Jannette de Neef recorded in Ubud. Felt like I was in Ubud at the market (which I will be next week!!). You could hear the sounds of the market, gamelan and the traffic noise! Could almost smell the food as well. Australians can hear it replayed 8pm tonight on Radio National.
