I haven't had any done there myself but there have been lots of postings and recommendations on this subject - do a search of the forum and you will find plenty of details. One place I have seen recommended is Dolphin Tattoo, which is near the Kuta Art Markets - but do a search first and see what everyone else says. You will have such a good time over there, read all the JBRs (and go back in the archives as well to read them), there is so much good information on things to do and where to go.
