Junle Juice is made from Arak, orange juice, and maybe a couple of other ingredients depending where you buy it! it always tastes roughly the same. It is pretty easy to drink (I must have drank at least 50 jugs of the stuff on the last trip!), but beware - it is very strong, and can cause memory loss if you have too much! We always drank it as it is the cheapest thing around and it is easy to get drunk on (we were backpacking) but I met lots of people who wouldn't touch the stuff because of its effects...
Arak Attack is different in different places - some places serve you something that looks and tastes similar to a tequila sunrise, others serve you Arak, lemon and honey (the 'true' Arack Attack I've been told). What it tastes like really depend on the quality of the Arak they use (often not good!) because it can taste really rough if it is a bad one.
