We found KLR really great...The number flucuated during the time we were there but I doubt they were full...The only problem we had was that we needed to upgrade one room from pool view to pool access and they wanted to charge full board price for the upgrade..We did negotiate to get the price down but we still paid a lot more than we would have if the agent had booked the right room in the first place.... Just be aware of the pool closure in November....
