I have the National Gold Card and if you phone them up they will send out the policy booklet if you don't already have it within all your other booklets they usually send to you at the start. There are some age limits, can't remember what but give them a ring, they are most helpful. You have to have paid for a % of your travel with the card. When I last claimed, 4 years ago I was with the Westpac Gold Visa and they were excellent.
