things have gone wrong in some aspects of your holiday it is good to see that it is not putting you off going again. I too have made a claim with Visa...stolen purse/cash in London...and within 24hrs I had cash and a new credit card and all other cards,identity etc. had been posted as stolen. Couldn't thank them enough. Haven't 'touch wood' had experience with sickness claim but you never know. Thanks to the BTF though I have just found out unless I'm travelling with my family members that they are not covered with the Gold Card which is a shame. Hope your mum gets well soon.
