I assume it is the famous 'volcano pizza'. My son ordered it and it was basically a wonderful wood oven pizza supreme with an enormous pastry lid that was puffed up like a huge volcano - he didn't eat the lid but he did polish off the whole pizza. It looked fantastic when it came to the table and from the look on his face, tasted great too. I think it was about 50,000R but can't remember exactly. It was such a great night - sunset over the beach and definitely the best food (though as I said, most expensive) that we had in Bali - mind you, it probably cost us about AUD $80 for 4 of us to eat the most wonderful meal and we had cocktails as well - well worth it and a definite revisit for us when we return to Bali.
