the whole avian flu thing in perspective. I had a friend who helped deal with the 1992 outbreak in Victoria and I said in an earlier post, birds that migrate to Australia are coming from areas reporting the virus. This is only one of probably millions of viruses on earth that is waiting for the right conditions to spread. Getting spooked about something that may happen tomorrow or in 50 years doesn't make sense
