Had them done numerous times. If you are walking from the beach up Padma St it is on your right about half way up. It is a little leather shop that sells shoes and the shop is called IWAN Leather. The owners name is Rizal. Best to go just after 6pm. They can make them in about 3 days usually. I usually pay between A$27-$30 but I have been there plenty of times and usually get 2 or 3 pairs made at a time.
