I have friends in Bali at present who have been contacted at their hotel to advise their flight booked to return to Adelaide on Nov 6th has been cancelled. They can come back 2 days earlier or stay 2 days later. Whatever their decision, Air Paradise will only pay for 1 extra night.If they come back 2 days early then they lose the money they have already paid for accomodation. Stay 2 days later and they have to pay again. Doesn't seem fair as it's not their fault.What can they do? They asked me to phone Air Paradise in Adelaide as it is hard to understand them in Bali over the phone. I have tried but all I get is a fax machine. Will travel insurance cover the xtra night ? Does anyone else have the same problem ? do my friends have the right to demand Air Paradise pay for both nights seems it was no fault of their own ?
