I have friends in Bali at present who were due to come back to Adelaide on 6th November. Got call at hotel to say flight cancelled. They could come back 2 days earlier or 2 days later. Either way, Air Paradise would only pay for 1 extra night. Come back sooner and they lose money they have already paid for accomodation or stay on and still have to pay for 1 more night.Doesn't seem fair. They booked in good faith, what can they do now ? They have asked me to phone Air Paradise in Adelaide but I can't get hold of them. Just get fax machine.
