is the red, white and blue stripey bags from the $2.00 shops here in Aus. Can also get them in tartan at some places. You can fit heaps in. Don't know about locking them....some people just put tape round and round them...you are only going to be opening them at Aus end when you get home so taking the tape off wouldn't be a problem.
