Hi there . the above person was correct in saying the cheepest & easy way is getting a card to your friend & set up a day ,once a month that they get there money same amount each time , so they don't need to do a balance cheque as that will cost also
but i think you said this friend has a bali bank acc all ready. so untill you get them there card ,get all his bank details & do a T T at your bank . in nz it costs me $25 to do a T T so .but i belive in oz you can do your own on the net , we alas can only do nz transations
