Most restaurants in Bali have Western style food in the Menu.Infact,many actually have an International menu that has Western,European,Eastern,Asian,Vegetarian and Kids food in different sections (Gosha's on Melasti street is one such restaurant)
Great food & their Steaks are served on a sizzling Cast Iron hotplate.Yum!!!
100's of great places in kuta to eat.Menus are usually displayed out the front to check out before being seated.Im sure your friend won't starve ;)
