Inna Kuta, which is on the north side of Centro, opposite HRH. Its on the bend as Pantai Kuta turns right along the beachfront. Also Kuta Paradiso (no direct access to beach).
I agree with the other posts, that Bali Garden Hotel shares a common boundary with Discovery Shopping Mall on the north side.
