The GWK cultural park is really worth a look and have a meal at the DeMiMidi restaurant in the park. The view is awesome and very romantic.
You can also drive down to Uluwatu temple which is on the cliff top on the very south of the island. There are naughty monkeys around the temple so make sure you take a guide, who are available around the entrance area (pay them 50,000rp or so, after your tour). If its a hot day watch the monkeys frollicking in the gunky pool area.
You can also go to Uluwatu at sunset and watch a Fire Dance (Cecak) performance.
Tanah Lot is another very special temple off the coast north of Kuta/Legian. If the tide is out you can walk out to the temple and be blessed by the priests.
