We stayed at the Hyatt in May, and were not disappointed. You may like to read our JBR (just back report) posted on 23 May 2005. Incidentally, as you will see, we are English too!
We intend going back to Bali next May. I'll be glad to do my best to answer any questions you have not covered in the JBR.
