My son has coeliac disease and we went last year with no problems at all. We took over frozen pizza bases and buns and kept them in our fridge at the hotel. When we went out, we showed our coeliac interpretation card (avail from the Coeliac Society) which was written in indonesian (I laminated indonesian and english together back to back) and handed to the restaurant staff. They were more then obliging. Have a great time. If you are flying AP, just check that the buns are GF on the plane as this was the only time he got ill.
