My daughter is collecting also from each plane she has been on.Started in Thailand this year got the thai plane, then got a virgin blue in March then she got the air paradise when we went in July...just missing garudas (which i will get this trip) and qantas which Braddles will get her in October, as she flew these before she collected..
I had tried to buy from AP office in Bali but no way will they sell...if you are not flying with the airlines yourself then ask someone that is if they would mind getting for you.
They cost on average about $25 and some are made up, some you have to make up.
