Casa Luna, assuming that that's the one you mean. Took our (then) 3yr old & 8yr old last year & it was fabulous. SOOOOO interesting. You visit a home compound to see how the whole family is involved in producing palm sugar & you get to help make some & try it. For the salt farming you visit a family who live on the beach (little thatched huts in paradise) and it's really interesting to see how it's done. Lunch is at the kind of local warung never usually visited by tourists unless they're on this tour - fabulous fish dishes. It's just so interesting. We also did the cooking school on a day when the market visit is involved. The market visit was more interesting than the cooking class. As others have mentioned, the cooking class is more like a demonstration for a (large) group. You don't have much hands-on involvement, it's more inoformation & lunch. I wouldn't do the cooking school again but will definitely do the salt & palm sugar tour. Cheers, Sue.
