Just checked the laptop specs with my hubby (computer geek extraordonaire), and he tells me that this type of laptop is worth the same amount here. Sorry to disappoint everyone - I was looking forward to getting a really cheap laptop at a ridiculously cheap price the same as everyone else :-)
