Are taking room 8 in a few weeks time, they have 2 boys ages 11 and 13. (Room 8 is downstairs and has a queen size bed and a single now) and they are getting another single put in the room as well. These 2 single beds pushed together will be more than enough room for your 3 kids to sleep.
All The rooms also have an nice verandah /balcony area for you to veg out in, so you won't be all squashed up together in the one room.
