Lippotel is not yet available in Bali. I think only in Jakarta and some other part of Java Island. In Bali there TELKOMSEL, SATELINDO, EXCELCOM AND INDOSAT for GSM System while TelkomFlexi for CDMA.
It is easy to find sim card and voucher to reload the credit. Just find a small/bigger stall has banners of the above provider, then you get it.
