gold/diamond rings redesigned

hi all, has anyone out there ever had rings redesigned. i need to know whether it is something that i could get done in bali and rough pricing and how long it would take (gold diamond ring, 3 x 1/4 carat diamonds and 6 minute diamonds either side), thanks heaps
