We found the best place to be near bemo corner in jalan legian, 3 shops back from the corner with the Elephant head statues out front. Its an authorised money changer,Best rates plus receipt and never any rip offs, $50 or $100 notes always best rate & will change into low RP notes (20,000)if they have on hand
