Room upgrade help, please :-)

We are booked in at the Vira hotel for Oct and they have just sent me the restaurant menu and spa prices and in the info it has room rates and it is only 10 000 RP more per night to get upgraded should I go to them direct or my travel agent? Thanks in advance

P.S if any one would like the restaurant and spa price's let me know
