Negara, way off the beaten tourist track on the south west coast. Some of the conditions there are frightening. If you would like to help them you can leave goods such as clothes and food at the Bali Cyber Cafe and Restaurant where the owner will arrange for them to be transported to the kids at no cost. The address is Bali Cyber Cafe, Jl Werkudara, Legian. Its on a sharp corner about 10 paces from Jl Legian.
The place is also good for e-mailing and the food is a surprise - a pleasant one that is.
