Maybe your dive-master was confused and thought she was a whale-shark and he did it twice because it felt like a whale-shark.
Maybe he was concerned and just wanted to check her temperature.
Maybe he tried to plant some drugs on her or wanted to check if she already had some.
Maybe these dive-/ surf-/ beach-boys simply think it's normal to touch foreign females under consideration of all these female sex-tourists in Lovina, a kind of special service without additional fee.
Once I heard, that my brother's ex-mate's ex-girlfriend's sister was touched inappropriately five times in a German swimming pool, when she was 12 (20years ago now) and there was no way, it could have been accidental, physically absolute impossible, because the guy used a jack to put aside at least 25kg of fat before he could get where he wanted to.
So my warning, stay away from German swimming pools!
I thought you were reporting about a mass-murder, a serial rape, the rape drug or something like this, but with THIS problem, every mature woman should be able to deal by herself, just give him a kick and go ahead.
