Your friend could report it to Spice Dive. I'm sure the owners would not be happy to hear that one of their staff had behaved inappropriately and that their customers were not happy. I assume you are home now, so probably too late to report it to police (not sure how Indo law views incidents such as this and whether they would act on it)
