My son has Coeliac Diasease and was 10 when we went to Bali last January. We are members of the Coeliac Society so I rang them to enquire about the food etc. They sent me a sheet of paper which had written in 6 languages that he couldn't have gluten. They even explained what gluten is. I cut out the english and Indonesian ones, back to backed them and had them laminated. Everywhere we went, we showed this card and not once did he get sick. The only drama was on the flight over (AP) they gave him a "real" bun and we spent 2 hours at the airport lavs. MMMMMM.
