I'm not sure, but I would imagine that a charge of possession just means you have to have it on you, it doesn't much matter where you got it or who else it might belong to.

I donno, I just got home yesterday and I haven't yet caught up with the news. The only reason I even knew about this was because my dad sent me an SMS asking if I had heard.
