If you were to go to all the cities for pick ups that'd be a monster flight for those getting on first (or off last coming home). It'd have to be massively cheaper for me to consider going from Sydney via Adelaide and Perth.
The other thing you'd have to consider is that everyone would have to come back on the same day, so you'd have to work out a length of stay everyone would be happy with.
