Stayed last year with 4 & 6 year old. They had a great time as did we. We leave again in 4 weeks time and everybody is counting down the days. When it came time to book there was no question about looking elsewhere. This hotel is very family friendly with loads of activities for all ages. The babysitters are first class and the kids will love the food.
Highly recommend family pool view rooms for children of your age. They have direct access to the pool area as well as access from the foyer. Another bonus is that you can see them clearly at night if having the buffet dinner. We hired a DVD player and set up our kids with some friends in the room and we could have an adults dinner while being able to clearly see the children enjoying a DVD only 30ft away.
Also some very good family restaurants only 2 mins walk, Daddy's Cafe, Green Garden and Pantai.
Waterbom Park is only a 10 min walk from the hotel too.
