Unless you injure yourself badly and need medical treatment, the on-call doctor at most hotels would be cheaper and would do the job nicely. Especially if it's for something like a jab for bali belly etc.
Even if staying in Kuta/Legian I'd only use BIMC for things like bad cuts, broken bones, serious illness etc. I'd say nearly all hotels have a doctor either on site or on call, depending how big the hotel is.
