my comment could be misunderstood. I was not implying that you are not innocent until proven guilty however there are very vast differences between the two legal systems. In Australia the onus is on the prosecution to show a persons guilt beyond reasonable doubt. In Indonesia the onus is on the defence to prove a persons innocence. That is just how their system works.
There are also other vast differences between the two. This doesnt make one right and one wrong. They are just two different legal systems.
