apparently Telaga-waja only has a few steps to the water but this is info I got from archives so couldnt tell you how many and if there are any at the end. Not sure proximity in relation to bali buggy/quads but there websites are www.balibuggy.com/index.html or www.baliquad.com
For white water rafting you may also want to look at www.baliadventuretours.com - not sure which river they use but may find more info on their site. I have checked out this site for other tours but didnt take much notice of the WWR as planning on doing package with buggies and WWR. You will see this info on the bali buggy site. Hope this helps
