We had a twin room in the new section on the 3rd floor. I found this hotel to be great. Rooms are a great size, bathrooms are lovely and the servie was great also. The pool isnt huge but it is surrounded by cute little bungalows. The location of this place is litterally smack bang in the middle of Kuta. You are close to shopping and the beach, restaurants...everything. The Stadium Cafe is below which I loved. I would stay there again. I wouldn't recommend it for families too much purely because there is no real area for them. When gettting a room make sure you request pool side, not street side!! We had to put up with loud singing at the bar accross the road every night until after 11pm. Hope this helps :)
