You are allowed only one litre duty free - that doesn't mean you can't take in more so long as you declare it and are prepared to pay the "duty" on it. Make sure you have your original receipts for the casks so you can prove its value.

Unfortunately Bali Customs officers are not able to tell you exactly what the rate of duty is - even the embassy in Australia is silent on it. Their method of "collection" is a little intimidating also.

Just be prepared to give them up to 100% of the value in AU$ and let them keep it if you're not. But make sure you DECLARE IT - otherwise you are committing a customs offence - not a smart thing to do in Indonesia!
