you probably can, depending on how helpful your travel agent is. What they can do is hold the seats on the flights and get the hotel confirmed but the price would be subject to change as current prices only go to 31/03/06. The new prices should be out around the end of the year. You really don't need to as that time is a low season and you shouldn't have any trouble getting the flights and hotel and there should also be specials for this time. If you were wanting a popular hotel in school holidays, say Bali Niksoma, then I would suggest seeing if you can hold the rooms now.
